Determine your level of play

The player is just beginning to play tennis.

The player has little experience in hitting the ball and is still working on keeping the ball in play regardless of its speed.

The player can keep slow balls in play but lacks experience. They have noticeable technical deficiencies and a basic understanding of singles and doubles play.

The player is learning to judge the ball’s trajectory but has weak court coverage skills (lack of sufficient knowledge of court geometry). They can sustain short rallies at a slow pace with players of similar skill levels.

The player can handle shots played at a medium pace but does not feel comfortable with all strokes. They struggle with achieving proper control, depth, and power in their shots.

The player can choose shots based on the situation but still struggles with their depth and selection. They are beginning to show some aggression at the net, have improved court coverage, and are learning teamwork in doubles.

The player can select shots with control and depth from both forehand and backhand in various situations, along with the ability to successfully play lobs, smashes, approach shots, and volleys. They occasionally force errors with their serve and demonstrate teamwork skills in doubles. However, they may lose rallies due to a lack of patience.

The player is beginning to develop the ability to use power and spin and is getting better at handling pace. They have good footwork, can control shot depth, and are starting to adjust their tactics based on their opponent. They can hit a strong and accurate first serve and place the second serve effectively. However, they tend to overhit difficult shots. In doubles, they play aggressively (offensively).

The player has good shot anticipation and occasionally plays impressive shots. They have consistency, which they can base their game on. They can hit regular winners and force errors from opponents after short balls. They are proficient in volleys (finishing points with them) and can execute lobs, drop shots, half-volleys, and smashes. They can achieve proper depth and spin on most second serves.

His main weapon is strength and/or consistency. He can change tactics and playing style during the match and knows how to play effectively under pressure.

Informations

The sessions are conducted in groups of 4-5 participants by a team of qualified trainers. Training groups are tailored to match the participants’ skill levels. During the sessions, participants have the opportunity to use the latest equipment and coaching aids.

Complementing the summer season is the holiday season, during which we offer participation in family tennis camps. Additionally, participants can take part in the DeSkowa Challenger League, where they will have the opportunity to test their skills in competitive point play. By using the most modern teaching methods and adopting an individual approach to each participant, we ensure that the training sessions are conducted not only in the most effective manner but also in a positive and enjoyable atmosphere.
